1. Activities will be 'not for profit' with all monies from sales of 'a present from...' souvenirs being donated to your agreed marine charity.

2. All rubbish must be disposed of thoughtfully, recycling wherever possible.

3. This franchise does not necessarily give you exclusive rights to use 'A present from...' at your chosen beach.

4. It will be fun.

Please not the Franchisor (that's me!) reserves the right to withdraw the franchise at particular beaches if necessary (eg. I got there first!).
